Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Manuel Grümmer, Gerolsheimer Straße 9, 67256 Weisenheim am Sand, Germany, info@gruemart.com, Phone: 017623223309) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://gruemart.com/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Shirtigo GmbH (Siemensstraße 2, 50354 Hürth, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We bear the costs of returning goods that can be returned by normal post. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature. For goods that cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature, these costs amount to 60 Euro EUR. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period, in particular services in connection with shares, with shares in open-ended investment funds within the meaning of Section 1 (4) of the German Investment Code and with other tradable securities, foreign currencies, derivatives or money market instruments.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

Without prejudice to your legal rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by e-mail. We will send you a link for a return label. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
